We’re a London-based creative campaigns agency working with global brands and ambitious start-ups to create campaigns that actually land.

From brand launches to integrated creative campaigns, we develop ideas that travel across channels and into culture; grounded in strategy, shaped by craft, and built to get noticed for the right reasons.

Our creative campaign process

To develop dynamic, strategic, and memorable campaigns, we follow these steps:

Immerse

Our campaigns don’t start with a moodboard. We start with you.

We kick off by immersing ourselves in your world: you will do a lot of talking and we will do a lot of listening. As well as collecting insight for your campaign's goals, this stage gets us all on the same page and feeling like one team.

We will visit your spaces, spend time with your teams, interview key stakeholders and host a workshop to get us all thinking in new directions for your future creative campaigns.

From research partners to observations to classic desk research. We now gather and analyse as much of our own insight as possible - then layer it upon what we learnt from you in Step 1.

This deep dive will allow us to ring-fence your white space and focus the vision for your brand's campaign. It will begin to shape your campaign idea and overarching direction.

Creative Development

Now it’s time to build out some campaign ideas.

Based on the insight and direction of the previous stage, we will create 3 exciting campaign platforms; of which we will take 1 forward.

What each platform contains will be customised to your specific deliverables, but will often contain elements such as: messages, initial creative direction thoughts and possible future marketing opportunities for each.

At this stage we encourage you to:

1. Sleep on it - Let the campaign ideas settle. See what rises to the top
2. Think THEM - What will inspire your audience?
3. Be brave - What would be memorable? Safe doesn't stand out.

The campaign concept is confirmed - so it’s time to explore the creative execution.

We will break down the design elements of the campaign and present to you creative directions, each of these will consider things such as: photography, illustration typography, colour and animation.

We will also discuss creative elements which may span all routes such as casting, shot scenarios, storyboards and video edit direction.

Pre Production

Planning a successful campaign shoot takes a lot orchestration, vision and expertise. Every decision and detail, big or small, will have a huge impact on the final campaign assets.

With pre production, we will fine tune and plan every element - from set dressing, to casting, to story boards, to sound design.

Each shoot requires different specialists. Our black book of DP’s, Makeup artists, Prop stylists etc is used at this stage to bring specific experts into the project.

We will guide you through each choice, explaining our recommendations and all creative or budgetary implications.

Production

Time to shoot!

Our team will work with you through Pre-Production to arrange everything from location hire to model casting. We will sort all the crew too, from the Director of Photography to props to gear hire - so you won’t have to worry about a thing, just turn up and enjoy the day.

Our in-house Producer will run the whole day and you’ll be on-set with us to sign off each shot or scene as we shoot, locking in as we go as part of a highly collaborative process so there’s no surprises in the edit.

Post Production

It’s now time for the un-sung hero of production - post.

Although we would have been signing off shots live at the shoot itself, it’s now time to evaluate our output as a whole and make our selects for the final campaign assets.

We will take these RAW files and transform them into polished, cohesive creative campaign assets ready for designers and formatted appropriately.

This is where we colour grade, add visual effects, edit, sound mix, record voice overs or extras sounds needed and more.

It’s now time to bring it all together into a cohesive story and creative campaign.

We will apply the final graphic treatments, visualising how everything will look across different deliverables to bring everything to life for your team.

This stage will also finalise the campaign's messaging framework, including CTA’s.

Deliver

Now it’s time to hand over.

We will outline your campaign's design system, rules, strategy and usage examples to help you maximise impact from your campaign.

This campaign toolkit will be in the form of a customised microsite - this will allow you to quickly access assets and practically use the brand day-to-day.

This is also the point where we deliver all assets outlined in our project scope.
